Watch the youtube clip (hopefully it and the other clips will stay up for a while) which is from a documentary, broadcast last week in the UK, called 'The Great Global Warming Swindle'. I've just finished the whole thing and it is certainly an eye-opener. Personally, I have always been sceptical of the global warming scare stories, purely because of the fact that the Earth's climate has been drastically different in the past, even before our species existed. This documentary presents a variety of eminent scientists offering their opinion that global warming is a natural process, and that the propaganda around the issue, is politically motivated.
It certainly highlights the importance of scientists having more power in the political process. All that money that is being wasted by governments, is our money - the money we work for - our time and effort. Shouldn't somebody just cut the crap and work out what's really going on?
