There has been an experiment where one baby if just fed and the other nurtured and fed and the baby who is only fed began to have organ failure on a catastrophic level until it was cared for. Analyzing them then becomes a whole lot easier, and understanding why people spit out memes (often without fully being aware of it) helps to explain a lot of human behaviour. Studies have shown that unless a baby receives interaction they will die. Whether that is human or animal it does not matter, the point is that your experiment is flawed. Even if your clone had been raised by a chimp it would like all life, eventually die and there would be no reproduction. A chimp cannot conceive a half human half child, nor can it even conceive a child from the sexual union with a human. So where is the evolution? Also, people are not ultimately a product of their environment. This a flawed sociological view that has never been proven, just as you said it is only an assumption, a theory that actually takes some type of "faith" to believe. This is how the original gods were invented. To explain nature's natural phenomenons. The rain was explained by a rain god, just as this food and water might be as the baby grew up and became curious about things. As an infant or even until adulthood (about 16) the kid has no need to wonder about the food. just to know he has it. If it does begin to communicate, it cannot be anything more than grunts or a physical response. The kid is no more than an animal. If the kid develops and grows to seem more human-like, we know that it is not just nature vs. nuture but that human instinct points us in an intillectual direction.
